DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Deliver of in-stock items takes 7 days.
Out of stock items takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Out of stock international items can take up to 6 weeks for delivery. Prices are only guaranteed on in stock items. If we have to order the price will be adjusted according to the current dollar price.
Billing:
Please don't send us your credit card number in this form. We will contact you telephonically regarding payment details.
Shipping: If you live in Cape Town and wish to pick up your order then no shipping will be added. Shipping is calculated based on total products being shipped and destination.
Postage: Postage is calculated according to weight of total products being posted.
RETURNS POLICY
Please contact us before returning any product.
Any defective, incorrect, or damaged item may be returned within 7days days of receipt via Postnet. We will gladly send a replacement.
Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs, or other media is not returnable unless clearly damaged before being opened.
Report damage within 24hours of receiving product.
